Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that some handcrafted items may require additional time to create. If your order will take longer than usual, we'll contact you with an updated timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package's journey from the Holy Land to your home.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original condition, unused and undamaged
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened bottles of holy oils or anointing oils
  • Used incense products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@inmygod.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@inmygod.com
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We'll provide you with return instructions and shipping address
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We'll guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While rare, packages can occasionally be lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Look for a delivery notice indicating the package location
  • Contact your local post office with the tracking number
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary
